Ford Releases His Own Poll

http://www.chattanoogan.com/articles/article_75146.asp

The latest poll for Tennessee's upcoming U.S. Senate race shows Congressman Harold Ford, Jr. leading all rivals in the campaign, the Forc campaign said. According to the survey taken by Global Strategy Group, Ford leads each of his possible Republican opponents for the November 2006 election. Ford leads Republican Ed Bryant 38 percent - 37 percent, Republican Van Hilleary 40 percent - 38 percent and Republican Bob Corker 39 percent - 36 percent.

Again, isn't this "lead" in the margin of error?

Comments:
The best part is, this is the most accurate poll to date.

ford 2. Now how are we sure again that this is the most accurate poll to date?

Are you a professional pollster? we should change your name to Gallup or maybe Harris?

How do you know it's not Brewster?

rusty--

This is a great post. Jr.'s poll is way off.

Badger. Why you knocking it? I'm not putting much credence in the general election match-ups, but I do the primary figures.

I do believe what is said to be right:

*Van has made the most in-roads in polling for Republican primary. He has gained 6 points in since the March Ford poll.

*Corker is getting little traction. He's only gained a point in the last 6 months. Thats bad.

*Ed Bryant drops the more folks here out the guy and his overtly negative tactics

*Ford is crushing Roz by 60%

Richie, you keep forgetting my site.
